By using Crownly you agree to these Terms. Crownly hosts popularity and skill-based contests where people can create contests, enter contests, vote, comment, share, and win prizes. You must be 18 or older and in a supported jurisdiction. Do not use Crownly where contests like these are prohibited.

Credits are a prepaid balance for Crownly services such as creating or entering contests. Credits are not a bank account, investment, or stored cash account. Entry fees, creator cuts, referral rewards, platform fees, and prize pools are shown before users act where practical.

You are responsible for the content you upload or post. Entries may include one allowed media item, based on the creator's contest rules. Comments, likes, pinned comments, and referral links must not be used for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or illegal content.

Prize payouts may be subject to escrow, hold windows, identity checks, Stripe Connect requirements, tax reporting, chargeback/dispute review, and platform safety checks. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of Crownly contests and are not involved in selecting winners or paying prizes.
