Last updated July 31, 2026
We collect the information needed to run Crownly: account details, profile details, contest entries, uploaded media links, comments, votes, likes, referral links, device/browser signals, and payment-related metadata handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Sign-in may use third-party identity providers (for example Google or Apple). Those providers process authentication data under their own policies; Crownly receives account identifiers needed to create or link your Crownly user.
Local discovery can use profile city/state. If you allow browser or device location, we may store approximate coordinates to improve local discovery. You can deny location permission and still use Crownly.
Media may be retained while contests are active and archived or removed later under platform retention rules. Payment processors, hosting providers, storage providers, analytics, and notification providers may process data for Crownly. Contact: privacy@crownly.app.
To request deletion of your Crownly account and related personal data, see Delete your Crownly account or email support@crownly.app.
